An attempt to de-weaponize Psy-Ops--a strategic, operational, and tactical unit of the U.S. military to take on psychological warfare--implemented during the Vietnam War. This work takes casts of wartime recorded frequencies and molds pink noise to fill the void left by militarized sonic landscapes.
